Everpower Renewables is a New York based developer of utility grade wind projects. The Company seeks to identify or acquire early stage development opportunities in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic Regions of the United States and in other select locations where Everpower has a strategic reason for pursuing project opportunities.
The Company was established in 2002 and the principals of Everpower have a proven track record in permitting and developing large scale energy projects. This experience has served as the foundation for Everpower's activities in wind energy and the Company has quickly amassed a large portfolio of wind projects.
Everpower is currently developing projects in seven states. Many of its partners in those projects are landowners with whom the Company is pursuing multiple development opportunities. Everpower believes that this strategy allows it to achieve a diverse and significant development portfolio economically and efficiently.
Everpower is primarily a green field developer. By identifying and developing project sites from early stages Everpower seeks to manage the inherent risks of project development and maximize value in the process.
