Cobra Venture Corporation Cobra is an oil and natural gas production and exploration company, which produces, explores and develops oil and gas interests in Viewfield South East Saskatchewan, Central Alberta, and North East British Columbia. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company entered into a multi-well farmout with a Calgary-based oil exploration company Acero Energy Inc. The Company has an average 75% working interest in all of the combined lands in the farmout. In March 2007, well at Pembina Area, Alberta was drilled, completed and tied in as a producing Edmonton Sands gas well. In fiscal 2007, the Company obtained a 50% net working interest in 320 acres of land in Alderson Area, Alberta. In fiscal 2007, the Company obtained a 40% net working interest in 160 acres of land in Willesden Green Area, Alberta. In fiscal 2007, the Company obtained a 20% net working interest in 160 acres of land in Iosegun Area, Alberta.
