(GMTS)was formed in 1996 as a third party service provider of publishing, service contract management ans statistical preparation for the transportation industry. Each of these functions have had a degree of regulatory governance assigned to it within the United States and elsewhere and our origins were drawn from years of experience in the operation and management of ocean conference and agreement work through our subsidiary ACS.
