Longford Energy Inc. (Longford), formerly Langford Corporation is a Canada-based oil and gas operating company. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company produced approximately 54 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) from its assets in the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. The Company’s operations include Alder Flats Property, Brazeau Property, Lashburn Property and Moundville Property. During the year ended December 31, 2007 Longford had four gas properties in Alder Flats, Alberta. In 2007, the Company participated in four oil wells with an average working interest of 40% per well. The Company drilled five coalbed methane (CBM) wells and installed a water disposal facility in Moundville Alabama project in 2007.
