Sand casting mold processes range from the basics through our advanced core assembly cells. A variety of shell molding processes, a just-in-time fully flexible air set line, and several types of permanent mold machines are complemented by low pressure permanent mold. This broad range of capabilities is just a part of our commitment to manufacturing high integrity aluminum castings, since 1948. Now, with members of the Eck family's fourth generation active in the management team, our commitment to quality is stronger than ever. Our Manitowoc, Wisconsin location provides us with a team of skilled employees that take pride in workmanship. Our growing facilities incorporate the latest in specialized equipment.
