To coordinate the numerous foundry processes, Eck Industries has deployed the latest B & L Information System (BLIS). To meet your most exacting metallurgical specifications, we have a full range of heat treating capabilities including solution heat treating furnaces, quench tanks, and aging ovens. Supporting these capabilities is a comprehensive quality assurance program that features an in-house spectrometer, tensile testing, CMM dimensional inspection, ultrasound, die penetrant, Real-Time and Digital radiographic and other inspection techniques. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is utilized in all practical aspects of foundry operations.
