California Computer Books is a virtual bookstore that specializes in older and out-of-print Computer Books as well a newly released Computer Books. We are a family owned and operated business and have been in the Computer Consulting business for about 10 years, so we have a pretty good idea of what books to keep in stock for all levels of users from beginners to expert programmers. We may not have the flash and advertising budget of some of our competitors, but we try to make up the difference with personal service. If you are looking for a specific book or books on a particular subject we will research it for you. If we don't have the book that you want in stock, we will be glad to order it for you. We can generally get almost any book that is still in print within 1-2 weeks.
At the current time we have several thousand Computer Books in stock. In addition to the best selling books, we also carry books you won't see in other stores which cover some of the less used programs and areas of interest. We also tend to keep the books we have on-hand for older versions of software instead of returning the books to the publishers. In addition to our new books, we also have a large assortment of used computer books, these are usually priced at 1/2 their original prices. So if you're looking for books that have gone out of print, we may just have what you are looking for in stock!
