In addition, the D-A Technical staff conducts field seminars to help customers understand how lubricants perform in service. Proper application, storage and handling procedures are also covered. MEET OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS: Dean Odekirk is D-A Lubricant Company's National Training Manager as well as being a Technical Manager in the Southeast and Northeast Regions. Bringing a background of large equipment technical support to D-A (a long time ago, he will not say how long) and having been active in the industry, both technologically and by participating in professional organizations such as TMC, AGC and NSSGA, Dean is our master of lubrication, and willingly will work with any customer who asks for on-site training or technical assistance. Steve Gregory is a recent addition to the Technical Manager Staff, serving the West Region. He brings an established record of technical assistance and troubleshooting. Steve is a proud father and very active in charitable activities in his community. He works out of Phoenix, AZ - but travels the entire West Region to assist customers and recommend cost savings solutions. Dick Clark joins D-A after a long professional career including time with SAE. He is a licensed CLS and has the energy to maintain a busy schedule in the field working with Customers, Prospects and Field Reps. Dick covers the north central part of the US, from Indiana west through the Dakotas and as far south as Oklahoma. Steve Waggoner has been with D-A Lubricant Company, Inc. in various positions since 1967. He has worked in Laboratory Services, Quality Control, Technical Services; and currently provides in-house technical assistance via phone. He has an extensive knowledge of manufacturers' requirements for lubricant fluids as well as real world experience observing what works. He also administers D-A Quality Systems Control, enabling D-A to maintain our ISO 9000-2001 status. Steve has four children and three grandchildren. Outside of D-A, Steve enjoys outdoor activities with the grandkids and stamp collecting. Steve has been active in Boy Scouts since he was old enough to become one. As an adult, Steve volunteered over twenty years in various positions including Scout Master and Troop Committee Chairman. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.
