We work around the globe and, as such we serve as a primary multinational resource for avoidance, management and resolution of business-related and other disputes. Most recently, in partnership with The China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), we established the U.S.-China Business Mediation Center in New York and Beijing. We are a membership-based, nonprofit alliance of global corporations, law firms, scholars, and public institutions dedicated to the principles of conflict prevention and solution through alternative dispute resolutions.
