American Douglas Metals, Inc. was established in 1976 by Dwight Hanny and Stephen Powers in Buffalo, New York. They began offering aluminum products to companies large and small that were neglected by the diminishing distribution markets in the Western New York area. In 1977 our second location was opened in Orlando, Florida offering the same quality aluminum products and expertise to the Florida marketplace. In 1987 a full line of carbon steel sheet and carbon steel coil were added to our product mix. In 1993 we doubled the size of our Orlando facility and added equipment to better service our customers.
