Wastewater

United Liquid Waste Recycling Inc

http://www.ulwr-inc.com

United Liquid Waste Recycling also owns and operates a drag hose injection system to dispose of liquid wastewater or sludge byproduct. This system is used at the agricultural field to which the waste is being recycled. Material arrives at the field site by tank truck. The waste product is then transferred to a mobile Frak tank. The Frak tank allows a large quantity of the waste material to be delivered to the injection system, thereby reducing any waiting or down time by the operators involved in the transportation of the waste to the field site. This material from the Frak tank is then drawn into the 14 shank, 24 foot Injector toolbar unit as needed by the tractor operator. This particular toolbar allows us to inject higher strength sludge at a reduced application rate. The tractor, a 2000 John Deere 7810, has installed in it's cab, a Mag flow meter which gives the operator a precise reading of the application rate to the field in gallons per acre. The speed of the tractor can be varied to adjust the application rate as needed. This unit is radio controlled by the tractor operator, so he can stop and start flow of material from the Frak tank as necessary. One of the benefits of the drag hose injection system is the ability to handle large volumes of liquid waste material. We can utilize up to 2 miles of hose between the power unit and the tractor's injector unit. Land application by this method allows access to the field site without the compaction, which can be caused by several large vehicles accessing the same areas. This provides good public relations with the field site owner. It also eliminates the spreading of mud and debris from the field to the roadway, also creating good public relations for neighbors and motorists traveling through these areas. United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc. also owns a 2004 Chem-Gater. This unit is a 4-wheel drive injection floater truck. This unit allows access to agricultural fields during less than ideal conditions (as well as normal field conditions), and allows us to either inject, or surface apply sludge material. United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc. also has trail pumps, which we use for lagoon clean-out projects.
