We are less than two hours from the retired factories of Gilbert, Seth Thomas, New Haven, Waterbury, Ansonia and Bristol. These are all big names in the clock industry. We are also less than two hours from the home of Chelsea and the NAWCC clock and watch museum. Being in the heart of all this keeps us very busy with clock repair as well as the support for replacement movements produced by the largest makers of the world today. We have an approximate turn around time of 4-6 weeks on repairs unless parts must be made or imported specially for your clock movement.
