China Construction Bank Corporation (the Bank) operates in three business segments: corporate banking, personal banking and treasury business. Its corporate banking products and services include corporate loans, trade financing, deposit taking activities, agency services, consulting and advisory services, cash management services, remittance and settlement services, custody services, and guarantee services. The Company’s personal banking products and services comprise personal loans, deposit taking activities, card business, personal wealth management services, remittance services and securities agency services. The Bank operates principally in Mainland China with branches located in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and two subsidiaries located in the Bohai Rim. It also has bank branch operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Tokyo and Seoul, and subsidiaries operating in Hong Kong.
