DYESOL Limited is engaged in the industrialization and commercialization of Dye Solar Cell (DSC) technology, through the provision of a range of products and services, including materials, consulting, research and development, collaborative product development, licensing, training, and turnkey manufacturing and laboratory facilities. Dyesol Limited established one international subsidiary during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008, as a subsidiary of Dyesol Industries Pty Ltd (formerly Sustainable Technologies International Pty Ltd). Dyesol Italia s.r.l. was established to enable the Company to bid for project support from Italian government entities. The Company principally operates in Australia, Asia and Europe (including Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom.
