Our job at InterLynx is to prepare each relocating employee so that he or she will become productive in the new location as quickly as possible. We provide, to both the employee and the company, the direction needed for a safe and legal transfer. We will work with your Payroll department to build processes to ensure the proper handling of payments, allowances and reimbursements to the employee with appropriate withholdings, gross-ups, and government remittances.
