Northland Power Income Fund indirectly owns interests in six power-generating facilities. Three of these are natural-gas-fired, combined-cycle cogeneration power plants, and three are wind farms. Electricity produced from these facilities is sold under long-term arrangements. Two wholly owned projects are in Ontario: the 120-megawatt Iroquois Falls facility and the 110-megawatt plant in Kingston. Through its 19% equity ownership in Panda Energy Corp. (PEC) and loan to a PEC subsidiary, the Fund has an interest in the 230-megawatt Panda-Brandywine cogeneration plant located outside Washington, D.C. The Fund owns the 54-megawatt Mont Miller wind farm in the Gaspesie region of Quebec and two wind farms with a total capacity of 22-megawatt in Germany. The Fund has been administered by Northland Power Income Fund Management Inc.
