CNR Capital Corporation is a Canada-based development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. The Company was a capital pool company. On June 26, 2008, the Company completed its Qualifying Transaction by acquiring Argonaut Resources Inc. (Argonaut). As a result of completing the Transaction, CNR is in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. The primary asset of the Company is the Terrace Property in British Columbia (the Property). The Property is comprised of 41 mineral claims, 100% owned by Argonaut, and is located in northwestern British Columbia, within the Omineca Mining Division. Property is approximately 180 kilometers east of Prince Rupert and 20 kilometers northeast of Terrace. The Property can be divided into two main geographic areas; the Bornite Range and Silver Basin-Legate Creek area, which consists of the southern portion of the Property, and the Fiddler-Doreen area.
