The Clinton Volunteer Fire Department is an organization dedicated to providing quality Fire Suppression and Emergency Medical Care. Our staff is comprised of approximately 40 active Volunteer Firefighter/EMT's and 11 Career Firefighter/EMT's.
Career Firefighters supplement the volunteer staff between the hours of 7am and 3 pm with 1 Captain, 1 Fire Technician and 2 Firefighters. After 3 pm, 2 Career Firefighters are assigned until the following morning.
All other staffing is provided by a dedicated crew of Volunteer Members who are trained to the same levels, sometimes higher, as the Career Firefighters.
Your Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated to serving the citizens of the Greater Clinton Area. The Clinton VFD also provides mutual aid to the communities of Camp Springs, Morningside, Silesia, Friendly, Allentown, Oxon Hill, Forestville, Brandywine, Baden, Waldorf and Silver Hill.
