The firm is also applying these principles to integration projects in, for example, Quebec's Online Government initiative. Due to R3D's efforts, management feels that the business units are well prepared for this, and R3D's Quebec City office is already involved in many other related projects.
Headquartered in Montreal, R3D also has offices in Quebec City, R3D has offices in Ottawa, Toronto, Boston and Paris. It has 120 employees and with revenues of $20 million in 2006 and has experienced double-digit growth since being founded in 1996. In the past few years, it maintained its annual growth at a pace of over 30 %. This year, however, it does not expect it to exceed 15 % to 18 % because of its investments in new markets.
