Westone Management Consultants was originally formed in 1978 under the name Scarlatti & Associates Management Consultants. Its original focus was to provide Real Estate Developers with a package of services which would enhance the acquisition of their development sites and specialize in the representation of the Client and their project to all Government Agencies having jurisdiction over the proposed development.
From 1978 to 1999 Scarlatti & Associates acquired over 507 multi-family sites and over 38 industrial sites for their Clients. Upon acquisition of the site for the Client, Scarlatti & Associates represented their Client and the Clients project through the approval process to all Government Agencies having jurisdiction over the Clients proposed project until 1999.
Since 1999, Scarlatti & Associates now Westone, has narrowed it focus and limits its efforts to the mapping process of apartments, hotels & motels and trailer parks and the total conversion process of properties to multiple ownership.
Westone continues to offer their services to their existing Clients base and welcomes future Clients and their projects throughout the United States, and Mexico.
