With network monitoring from ENI, network managers can optimize their network performance. The Network Management and Monitoring service provides advanced performance engineering and life cycle management of LAN switches, hubs and multi-protocol routers, as well as fault monitoring of all services on LAN attached servers. ENI sets threshold "alarms" and takes action to immediately notify customers of imminent problems.
ENI also provides extensive reports, including LAN Segment Analysis, Histograms, Packet/Error Traffic and Detailed Logs. These reports are updated in real-time, for view by customers via any web browser.
The entire remote enterprise management package includes all of the reports mentioned above as well as 24/7 monitoring of faults, security and threshold alarms, and fault resolution up to and including service technician dispatch and in many cases, RMA of faulty hardware.
