IMSCO was founded in 1974 by L. Morgan Hall as Trans Fleet Enterprises. Throughout the 1970's the company focused on providing professional drivers and management expertise for different companies' private fleets.
In 1980, the Company begin serving the needs of various companies' distribution needs by providing staffing and management for warehouse operations.
