The Northwestern Health Unit offers confidential, accurate and non-judgmental services. Services are available for both males and females. No referral is necessary.
Of the twelve Northwestern Health Unit offices, there are four offices with Sexual Health Clinics. These Sexual Health Clinics provide comprehensive birth control counselling, complete testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), cervical screening, pregnancy testing, and access to affordable birth control. Other topics including abstinence, sexual orientation, menopause, substance abuse, relationship issues and infertility can be addressed.
