Established in 1931, Lodi Sausage Company specializes in sausage making, catering and custom processing of beef, pork and venison. Lodi Sausage Co. is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Processors, American Association of Meat Processors, Optimist, 4H Foundation and the Wisconsin Livestock Council. In 2000 Lodi Sausage Co. was the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors Reserve Champion Summer Sausage. In 2004 they were the Reserve Grand Champion. At the 2005 Wisconsin State Fair Lodi Sausage Co. was the Governor's Grand Champion.
