The company has grown from a single press line operation in October of 1999 to a four plant operation which will have eighteen press lines in 2005. The company currently operates plants in Arlington, TX, Avon, CT, Pineville, NC (Charlotte) and Reno, NV. All of these operations are based around common press platforms (Goss C700), use common versions of the most advanced Creo Prinergy software and are 100% computer to plate. Pro Line was the first offset insert printer to be 100% computer to plate, the company has never processed a piece of film. All of the presses have been fingerprinted and Pro Line uses common ink, chemistry, plates and prepress technology to deliver the most consistent product in a multi-plant environment.
