During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company’s oil and natural gas production averaged 1.736 million barrels of equivalent per day (mmboe/d). During 2007, estimated net proved reserves amounted to 6.37 billion barrels of equivalent (bboe). The Company operates through three divisions: Exploration & Production Division, Gas & Power Division and Refining & Marketing Division.
