K&H Windows and Exteriors (K&H) has been an institution in the Denver area for over 50 years specializing in innovative and efficient window designs. Henry Zeligman founded the Company, at that time known as K&H CONSTRUCTION CO., in 1956. He designed, manufactured, sold and installed storm windows. This resulted in K&H quickly becoming known as the pacesetter in energy efficient construction of his products.
Over the years the Company expanded its product mix to include replacement windows, steel and vinyl siding, solar panels, and a number of other energy saving construction designs. K&H was one of the first companies to recognize the benefits of vinyl replacement windows. As a result, we proudly boast of thousands of satisfied customers throughout Colorado's Front Range and High Country.

In an industry where installation determines the effectiveness & longevity of the product, our experience and quality of installation is never compromised. In 1995, Ted Roland , Larry Summer , and Bernie Roland acquired K&H. Ted is President, Larry is Vice President of Marketing, and Bernie is Vice President Special Projects. Our vision for K&H continues to be, to maintain K&H's position in the market place as the industry leader in the manner that Henry built the business; to be innovative and oriented to providing products that offer technological advancements in energy conservation which provide essential value for our customers; to be an excellent company to work for, and an outstanding company to work with.
Currently, K&H sells & installs Vinyl Replacement Windows manufactured by Republic Windows & Doors and The Magic Window which features a built-in hidden screen; Vinyl and Steel Siding manufactured by Alside Building Products ; and GutterMonster , the Premier Gutter Protection System.
To maintain our vision K&H has carefully aligned itself with suppliers that not only provide superior products but also support those products in the field.
