Judicial Dispute Resolution, Inc. (JDR) was the first Alternative Dispute Resolution service in Chicago to be formed by former judges. The JDR panel now comprises more than 20 distinguished former jurists and attorneys with significant experience and training in Alternative Dispute Resolution. JDR neutrals are selected to complement the panel by subject area and ability.
JDR's focus is on the quality of service it provides to attorneys and commercial clients through its respected panelists and the range of matters these neutrals are qualified to hear.
JDR panelists offer a high degree of sophistication in the law and JDR has developed unique, uniform rules for dispute resolution.
