  • The Madison Athletic Club is the official pace circuit center in the Metro Detroit area. The club also offers a diverse selection of classes to improve cardiovascular fitness, develop muscle tone, build strength and increase flexibility. These classes include pace, step, yoga, kickboxing, spinning, strength training, and mat-science (a form of pilates, yoga and fitness combined). The club continues to pursue the latest innovative fitness techniques to fulfill the needs of its members. With over 20 classes per week, our schedule offers a variety of group fitness classes and specialty aerobics.
