Washakie Medical Center is a critical access care hospital. In addition to critical access the hospital also provides an outpatient treatment and specialty clinic, radiography and fluoroscopy suite, laboratory, an emergency room, updated semi-private and private patient rooms, a rehabilitation center, operating room and ambulatory surgery services. Washakie Medical Center is operated by Phoenix-based Banner Health which is one of the largest, nonprofit health care systems in the country.
