London Seed Capital Limited

http://www.londonseedcapital.com

London Seed Capital Limited (LSC) is a seed and early-stage venture capital fund. London Seed Capital was established as a co-investment fund, which means that LSC only invests where its investment is at least matched by business angels. It can invest a maximum of £100,000 in the first round, alongside a minimum of £100,000 of business angel investment. LSC operates in conjunction with the London Business Angel network (LBA) through which the majority of the required matched business angel investment is likely to be sourced. The key ingredient of our investment model is that as part of the business angel syndicate with which it is investing there is a lead business angel investor with relevant skills that will be joining the board post completion.
