This former AMP/Tycho Electronics site is being redeveloped into Pennsylvania,s premiere technology park by a development team led by Crossgates, Inc. and Computer Aid, Inc. BRINJAC will provide master planning services as the existing buildings and grounds are repurposed to provide new facilities for a variety of cutting-edge technology firms. Services will include site analysis, schematic design, land development planning, construction observation and maintenance program development. The current masterplan incorporates the three existing facilities into a single masterplan for an additional 500,000 SF of office space. Once completed, this technology park will accommodate in excess of 4,000 employees.
