While our knowledge and experience crosses all vertical markets we primarily work with companies in the IT industry. Collectively our team members have over 75 years of experience working with telecommunications companies. We have a broad range of skills in technical marketing, driving new sales opportunities, and completing all facets of event and meeting activities. Our team members have held leadership positions at major IT/Telecommunications companies and were tasked with managing the relationships with their user groups, and associated special interest groups , including supporting local chapter events, regional conferences, and annual conferences. We helped define the organization's strategic directions, orchestrated end-customer executive programs, product launches, customer loyalty programs and small to large sized events. Additionally, we managed one of the largest telecommunications Consultant Liaison Programs targeting independent consultants, and have since helped to establish and expand successful consultant programs for several major telecommunications companies, leading to increased revenue and sales opportunities. The Transcend Group currently provides association management services to the Cisco IP Telecommunications Users Group (CIPTUG) and the Occam Networks Users Group, ranging in size from 60 to 1000 members.
