The client will then be offered opportunities to develop a new organizational design itself to prepare their organization for growth. This can be done with the aid of Pharuscorp frameworks. Once prepared and organized to expand its customer experience Pharuscorp will help the client to "get the word out" in the marketplace. Where, when, to whom, and actually what to say can be developed by Pharuscorp on behalf of our client. Before that can be accomplished market vectoring, price elasticity, target market awareness, customer needs, competitive analysis must all be performed. Delivery points and mechanisms are important to the success of delivery to a client customer. Pharuscorp can deliver proven models or even set up systems and teams for the client. Pharuscorp teams can help at any point along this process up to and including supporting the existing clients and creating a strong relationship with the client's internal delivery staff. It is always up to the client where and how much to use Pharuscorp engagement teams.
