Most of the fruit is grow by Jeremy on the family fruit farm that surrounds the Stonham Hedgerow kitchens. All Stonham Hedgerow preserves are made in small quantities using whole fruit, which keeps quality high. The fruit is prepared and put into pans; sugar is added;the jam is boiled and , finally, decanted into jars ready to be sealed and labeled. All our products are available in Large (454g) Medium (227g) and Mini (113g) Jars, and we also supply Catering Tubs (3kg) for trade customers (or if you have a very healthy appetite!). We are always willing to try new recipes and ideas, so if you have a secret recipe that you would like us to produce just for you, please let us know.
