· Mortgages - Our full menu of mortgage programs include purchase, refinance, construction, and equity. We also offer specific services, such as the First-Time Homebuyers Program, which allow members little or no down payment and flexible qualifying terms.
· Free Checking - With no monthly service fees, no required minimum balance, and above-market dividend rates our checking accounts are convenient and affordable. Additional enhancements, including free checks for members age 60 and over, offer further support for members living on fixed incomes.
· Certificates - We offer a wide range of short- and long-term investment programs that typically offer above-market rates and minimum opening balances as low as $500.
· Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) - These popular investments - with no minimum balance requirements - provide members with a variety of tax-deferred retirement investment options. Traditional, Roth and Education IRAs are available.

· Student Loans - These government-insured loans help members with educational expenses.
· VISA® Credit Cards - Lines of credit on our low-interest Visa credit cards start at $500, which assists first-time and low-income members meet qualification guidelines. Our expanded offerings include Gold and Platinum cards with competitive rates, increased purchasing power and identity theft protection.
· Direct Deposit & Payroll Deduction - Not only are these services convenient for our members, they also encourage financial thrift.

· Car Buying Service - Our car buying service is free to members and provides them with dealers' cost information and assists with car searches and purchases.
· Contact Center - Fully staffed, our Contact center provides personalized member service by phone, fax and online.
· Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) - By providing office space, computers and volunteers, this free tax preparation service is designed to help our low- and moderate-income members file their income taxes, and protect them from predatory lenders.
· MEMBERS Prime Club - Designed especially for members age 50 and better, the club includes free checking with dividends, free checks, consumer education, and credit union sponsored social activities.
· Member Surveys - The ultimate measure of our success is member satisfaction. We conduct regular members surveys, which provide insights into our service ability as well as potential new services and products.
