Belmont Bank & Trust Company is the result of a group of investors who wanted to create a community bank that would become an integral part of the neighborhood in which the bank serves. Belmont is a de novo bank that received a bank charter on June 12, 2006 and is located in the Dunning Community on the northwest side of Chicago.
Belmont will be temporarily located at 8200 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL. A permanent facility, with drive-through lanes, will be constructed at 8250 W. Belmont at the corner of Belmont and Plainfield Avenues. Belmont Financial Group, Inc. is the bank holding company for Belmont Bank & Trust Company.
