Dycom Industries, Inc. (Dycom) is a provider of specialty contracting services. These services are provided throughout the United States and include engineering, construction, maintenance and installation services to telecommunications providers; underground locating services to various utilities, including telecommunications providers, and other construction and maintenance services to electric utilities and others. The Company also provides services on a limited basis in Canada. During the fiscal year ended July 26, 2008 (fiscal 2008), specialty contracting services related to the telecommunications industry, underground utility locating, and electric and other construction and maintenance services to electric utilities and others contributed approximately 76.2%, 17.7%, and 6.1%, respectively, to the Company's total revenues.
