RediShred Capital Corp. is a Canada-based capital pool company. The Company is engaged in the identification and evaluation of businesses or assets with a view to complete a qualifying transaction. On November 28, 2007, RediShred Capital Corp. entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire Professional Shredding Corporation. As of December 31, 2007, the Company had not commenced commercial operations. In March 2008, the Company announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Proshred United States franchising business.
