Global Express Limousine has been providing transportation services in the Washington metropolitan area, as Washington Executive Sedan, since 1993. We have, however, recently changed our name to Global Express Limousine Service. Since we are now operating World Wide, this new name is a more accurate representation of who we are and what we do.
We offer a complete range of livery services. Our fleet includes not only executive sedans, but also stretch limousines, executive vans, and buses. We are available for local trips, long distance trips, and hourly service. Through our network of affiliates nationwide and in Canada, we are able to offer service in over 50 cities.
Our commitment to provide the finest quality transportation service available. To this end, we have installed state-of-the-art software systems in our customer service and dispatch center. We staff this facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Chauffeurs undergo a training program that is second to none. Each driver attends a full week-long training program, which we conduct in-house. Topics covered include customer sensitivity, safe driving techniques, map reading, area familiarity, accident avoidance, and vehicle maintenance.
Although not required by law, we insist that all of our drivers obtain a Chauffeur's License. To obtain this license, drivers are required to pass comprehensive tests of physical health, strict criminal background checks, and an exhaustive test of vehicle operating procedures, with both a written and a hands-on component.
We demand that all of our chauffeurs adhere to the strictest standards in terms of punctuality, dress and decorum. All Global Express Limousine drivers are attired in a dark suit, with a white shirt and conservative tie. We hold our chauffeurs to the highest level of accountability in on-time performance.
Our Fleet includes Executive Sedans, Stretch Limousines, Executive Vans, Compact Buses and Touring Buses.
Our Executive Sedans are premium, late-model luxury sedans, which comfortably seat up to 4 passengers. All of these are equipped with cell phones for the safety and convenience of the passenger.
Stretch Limousines are available in three different configurations. We offer the 6-passenger stretch limousine, the 8-passenger super stretch limousine, and the 10-passenger ultra-stretch limousine. All stretch limousines are equipped with television, VCR, stereo, and a wet bar.
Executive Vans provide comfortable seating for up to 14 passengers. All have removable seats to provide a variety of configurations, in the event that passengers are traveling with an unusual amount of luggage.
Our Compact Buses provide luxurious seating for up to 28 passengers. These buses are equipped with television, VCR, and public address system.
Touring Buses are available in seating capacities from 47 to 55 passengers, and provide the ultimate in passenger comfort.
