We believe one of our "keys to our success" has been in our regular communication between our assigned Site Team Leader and the customer. This "regular communication" generally comes in the form of a nightly report sent via email to our customer. In this report, we highlight the days activities as well as any needs or shortcomings we may have encountered during the day. This helps us keep the job on-schedule as well as our customers from being "surprised" by something unexpected.
In addition to the "typical" Central Office Service, Teledon Solutions can also help our customers to source New, Used and Re-furbished equipment. We can even leverage our bonded warehouse and lab to assist in equipment staging and testing, prior to our delivering the equipment to the job site.
