Lake Shore Gold Corp. (Lake Shore) is a mineral exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition and exploration, as well as development of mineral properties with prospects for hosting gold and base metal deposits. The Company is active in Canada and holds a number of mineral resource properties, either directly or through option agreements, in Ontario and Quebec. Lake Shore’s 100% owned Timmins West Property is located north of the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone on the west end of the Timmins Gold Camp. The Vogel Gold Property consists of one mining lease (64 hectares) in Hoyle Township, within the eastern part of the Timmins Gold Camp. Its 100% owned Blakelock Property is located 140 kilometers northeast of Timmins and covers an area of 35 kilometers along the western extension of the Casa Berardi Gold Belt. Lake Shore’s Thunder Creek Property consists of 58 claim units, contiguous to and southwest of the Timmins West Property.
