Cash Minerals Ltd. is a development-stage company that is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Canada. The Company owns 100% of the rights to 22 territorial coal exploration licenses and five coal leases located in the Whitehorse Mining District, and two coal exploration licenses located in the Watson Lake Mining District, Yukon. The Company has completed a feasibility study to determine the viability of a coal-fired power station on the Division Mountain site. The Company has acquired by staking a 100% interest in various claims located in the Watson Lake Mining District and the Dawson Mining District, Yukon. Its Wernecke properties cover over 1,300 square kilometres. The Lumina property is located in the Wernecke Uranium District, and is held 50% by the Company. It hosts uranium associated with gold, copper, silver, molybdenum, cobalt and iron occurances. On August 7, 2007, the Company acquired Signet Minerals Inc.
