The Company engages in the direct broadcast satellite business through its subsidiary, SKY Italia. In December 2007, the Company acquired Dow Jones & Co., Inc. Pursuant to the transaction, Dow Jones became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Newco LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of News Corporation. In April 2008, Dow Jones & Company acquired Generate Inc.
