Under the direction of our VP Client Services, this group develops an understanding of your specific research requirements and provides you with a proposal outlining methodology and costs. We can quote in Canadian or US dollars, fixed or hourly prices, via e-mail, fax or phone.
Once the proposal has been accepted, a Project Manager is assigned to your project - your one point of contact. They will be your primary contact from beginning to end, responsible for all aspects of the data collection process - from sampling, programming, training, data collection, coding and tabulation. With 20 analysts, Opinion Search can tackle a variety of projects simultaneously. Our analysts are highly trained professionals from quantitative disciplines including mathematics, statistics, commerce, economics and political economy.
Quality telephone interviewing is an essential ingredient in the data collection process. Our National Field Director oversees our 325 CATI stations and dynamic field team.
