Its United Kingdom production activities, in the factual, factual entertainment, features, daytime, entertainment, drama, comedy and children’s genres are carried out through its operating content companies, including RDF Television, IWC Media, Touchpaper Television, Radar, Presentable, The Foundation and The Comedy Unit. The United States production is carried out through RDF USA, which has offices in Los Angeles and New York. On January 31, 2008, the Company acquired History Rights Limited (formerly known as History Television International Limited).
