  • RPM Industries, is headquartered in Upstate New York, in the heart of the Finger Lakes. The company is privately held and is owned by the Mueller family, with Roger P. Mueller, Chairman and CEO. RPM Industries was formed in 1977, acquiring Dewitt Plastics Co. and The Shoe Form Co., dating back to 1929, providing RPM with a heritage of 70 years of manufacturing. In 1979, Mr. Mueller expanded in a US joint venture with Polyform Germany, to market its line of flexible mannequins and in 1988, acquired Polyform's interest, making it a wholly owned RPM company. RPM Cedar Shoetree was added in 1988, to manufacture a cedar line of shoetrees to compliment the plastic shoe forms produced by RPM. With its solid core manufacturing business in place, RPM, established license agreements with leading European display manufactures. In 1992, RPM entered into an agreement with the Dutch company, CW Display Systems, to manufacture a thermoformed system of modular mannequins and in 1995 RPM signed an agreement with the renowned designers, Statue Ltd., of London, to provide its customers with current trends and products. Today, RPM Industries is a leading manufacturer of shoe and custom, point of purchase display products, as well as a manufacturer of apparel and hosiery displays. RPM is also a full line manufacturer of plastic packaging and organizational boxes, as well as a supplier of a number of specialty items for the retail market.
