Southern Packaging Group Limited is an investment holding company. The operations of the Company are segregated into the flexible packaging segment, rigid packaging segment and value-added packaging segment. Flexible packaging segment manufactures plastic packaging bags with design supplied by the customers for the pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage industry and hygienic industry. Rigid packaging segment manufactures polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles together with printing of design onto the bottle for pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage industry and hygienic industry. Value-added packaging segment reprocesses and mixes beverage, such as herbal tea and instant drinks according to the formulation specified by the customers. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sinlinwa (HK) Industries Company Limited, Southern (HK) Packaging Company Limited, Foshan Nanxin Packaging Co., Ltd and Foshan Southern Packaging Co., Ltd.
