Innovision develops on CMOS technology across a wide range of geometries from 0.35μ to 90nm and below and has one of the worlds largest RFID focused IC development teams with proven experience in mixed-signal IC design with over 60 RFID/Wireless IC developments to date including RFID tags and readers, NFC, EPC, and passive and active RF systems. Innovision develops across multiple-frequencies covering 125KHz, 13.56MHz, 800-900MHz, 2.4GHz+ and above, as well as multiple standards compliant protocols including ISO 18092 NFC, EPC, ISO 14443A/B/FeliCa and ISO 15693. In addition our team has developed industry leading EEPROM "NVM" memory arrays - taking up a fraction of the size compared to competitors and giving ultra-small silicon and ultra low power operation, RFID custom processors and industry leading minimal silicon die area designs.
