Since founding Blank Law & Technology P.S. in 2001, we have focused that same energy and creativity on the legal and technical challenges of computer forensics, electronic document management, and the assimilation of vast quantities of electronic discovery. By staffing our office with attorneys, engineers and data technicians, we have successfully integrated computer-engineering expertise into a comprehensive law practice. Our attorneys and engineers have also served as Special Electronic Discovery Master to state and federal courts.
In some matters, we are retained to advise and report on the contents of a single Hard Disk Drive, and we welcome such projects. However, our experience also includes extensive electronic evidence discovery support work in multibillion-dollar disputes such as RealNetworks v. Microsoft and in re Metropolitan Mortgage Litigation.
